So is this%a GP40 or a GP38-2? Identified as both in the data base here, it turns out to be neither. Built as a GP40 in January 1966, it was IC/ICG 3032 before coming to UP as 854. It was one of six UP GP40s re-built to GP38M-3s. After the rebuild, it was UP 2531 before going to HLCX. |
