Light engine cut |
Description: |
Not sure if these were helpers being moved or traffic into/out of the Juniata engine shops, but Conrail sure seemed to move cuts like this around the Curve quite a bit...at least, in my limited experience. |

So Conrail had some run-through or trackage rights on the CN between Buffalo and Detroit. Makes sense - shortest rout would be through Ontario. The local guys thought it was cool catching Conrail blue at Bayview, but it kind of bummed me out - not what I wanted to see in Canada. But then I noticed this guy right in the middle of that blue lash-up... |
